For example, business incubators established to promote the market for those goods and services, which are based on the known technical solutions, inventions, know-how brought to the stage of implementation and commercial development, assisting in the establishment of enterprises and evaluate the effectiveness of different models of economic development of specific regions. In addition, the incubator of this type are used to create experimental and serial production of the introduction of inventions and innovative ideas at the early, risky stages of development of commercial projects.
